摘要
介绍了一种可以提高石膏砌块防潮性能的水性防水剂的制备工艺,研究了乳化含氢硅油和丙烯酸乳液加量对石膏砌块软化系数及强度的影响,并对制备的防潮型石膏砌块性能进行了测试,结果表明,该防水剂既提高了石膏砌块的软化系数,又不降低砌块的强度,各项性能指标符合JC/T 698—1998《石膏砌块》中防潮型石膏砌块的标准要求。
In this paper, the preparation technique of waterproof agent for improving the humidity resistance of gypsum block was introduced. The effect of hydrosilieone oil and acrylic acid emulsion on the coefficient of softening and strength of gypsum block were evaluated,and the properties of gypsum block were studied. Results show that：the waterproof agent not only improves the coefficient of softening of gypsum block but also has no effect on the strength of block. At the same time,all the property indexes meet requirements of JC/T 698--1998 ＂Gypsum Block＂.
