摘要
管理作为一门科学应用到实践中经历了漫长的时间,而中国管理学的真正发展却是在1978年以后,是以中国改革开放、高速工业化进程为背景。短短30多年,中国的管理学科在大量借鉴西方管理理论的基础上逐步发展壮大,在上世纪八九十年代,在中国向市场经济转型初期,西方先进的管理理念和方法曾对我国初创企业的发展起到了启蒙和推动作用,但是根植于西方价值观的西方管理模式难免也会导致"教条主义"和"经验主义",更无法与中国传统价值观相融合。现代管理大师彼得.德鲁克曾这样评价:像中国这样的发展中大国,很多东西可以引进,资金可以,机器可以,甚至先进的技术也可以,惟有一样东西——管理者不能引进。中国应该培养属于自己的管理者,这些管理者深深地根植于中国的文化、社会和环境当中,熟悉并了解自己的国家和人民。在全球经济一体化时代,只有构建中国特色的管理学理论并为管理者所应用,才能培育真正强大的中国企业。5000年前的中国传统文化,曾经推动和成就了世界上最富饶、最强盛的华夏帝国,形成了丰富的、独具特色的中国古代管理思想,追溯它所形成的历史轨迹和发展路径,是中国古代管理思想现代价值研究的基础。本文试图从历史语境研究的角度,对中国古代管理思想的形成轨迹和发展路径进行初步梳理,按社会发展时期将其划分为孕育期、萌芽期、形成期、发展期、承接期五个阶段,以揭示中国古代管理思想发展的全貌,阐明诸家管理理论和思想流派历史嬗变的轨迹和内在演化逻辑。在此基础上,进一步探讨中国古代管理思想现代价值的研究方向。
Management, as a science, experienced a long time from theory to actual practice, but it took its real career in China after 1978, which took The Reform and Opening Up Policy and Rapid Industrialization as background. Just 30 years, she broadened herself taking the advantage of The Western Management Theory, in the 1980 1990s, the infant periods of the transformation of The Market Economy took place in China, and the then newly established enterprises once were enlightened and promoted on a large scale by the advanced managerial concepts and methods, but in return for Dogmatism and Empiricism which caused by the pattern of Western Management rooted in Western Values, let alone its blending with the traditional Chinese Values. The modern management guru Drucker remarked: many aspects can be brought in to a developing country like China, capital, machine, and even advanced technology but still there is one exception Managers. China needs its own managers, who are pretty familiar with his country and know his people and deeply rooted in its culture, society and the context. Only China she herself can build the nation. Therefore, in the realm of economic globalization, only by constructing the "Chinese Featured" theory of management and doing the managers' bidding can the home enterprises be competitive. "Chinese Featured" lies in the 5000-year-old Chinese traditional cultures , which propel and accomplish the world most affluent and powerful Empire, form the massive unique Ancient Chinese Thoughts. Before 1919, they were neglected in account of its failing in combination with the Industrial Revolution and Capitalistic Enterprise Operation . After 1919 , in the modern times, the world turned its visions back to Orient and began to study on Ancient Chinese Management Thoughts, as a magnum opus of the Oriental Management Idea's great significance in the contemporary social and economic development, along with China's Reform and Opening Up process deepening and industrialization intensifying. Tracking the steps and tracks it formed are fundamental in studying the modern values of Ancient Chinese Thoughts. This paper combs The Ancient Chinese Thoughts from the perspective of specific historic context, which shows the trace The Thoughts came into being and the path it went through. According to the periods of social development, it divides The Ancient Chinese Thoughts into five stages: Incubation, Infancy, formation, development and inheritance, revealing the whole development process of The Ancient Chinese Thoughts, clarifying the trajectory of how it changes in various Management Theories and Schools of Thoughts, tapping the practical values of the essence of the thoughts. In the process, we can reveal the ancient Chinese management thoughts is a "Management Theory Jungle" system constructed by diverse theories traced in the eyes of the development path of history, each have their own characteristics in specific management concepts, management principles, strategies, and management methods, but seen from its evolution, inheritance and development traits among the theories share common similarities in the value orientation , which constitute the Ancient Chinese Management Thoughts, as a representative of the Oriental Management Theory to practice-distinct features. We are going to make a further step to tap into the Ancient Chinese Management Thoughts' modern value , using references both ancient and nowadays, targeting the realization for Bronx for use, using the INTERFACE method of Ancient Chinese Management Idea and Western Management Science and its Chinese modern management practice and to realize an effective conversion of modern value to inherit, develop and practice the China's Ancient Management Thought rooted in China feudal society in the Chinese Featured socialism, to build a nation-featured, borderless application, prestigious to influence and change the glob- al economy, creative in generating great economic value and Chinese- valued modem management discipline system.
