水产用低分子量壳聚糖粉在罗氏沼虾养殖中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 壳聚糖是自然界中少见的带正电荷的聚合物,经辐射降解脱乙酰化处理改性后的低分子量壳聚糖,具有优良的生物相容性,无毒剐作用,其代谢物也无毒,能被生物体完全吸收。壳聚糖为阳性趋化剂,吸收单核细胞从血管中游出,聚集在组织中形成吞噬细胞,或直接刺激局部组织、促进细胞增牛,而变为巨噬细胞,因此可以激活机体免疫系统,促进体液免疫和细胞免疫功能,为典型的细胞活化剂,可提高巨噬细胞的吞噬功能和水解酶的活性。
