摘要
在防洪抗灾及水沙利用的生产实践过程中 ,胜利油田提出了适合黄河特点的取水工程系统和堤坝施工工艺 ;与此同时 ,得出了引黄取水必须与河道治理相结合 ,必须遵循水沙运动自然规律的结论。
