摘要
超高、大跨度楼盖结构应用日渐增多,对模板支撑体系的要求也随之提高。阐述了大跨度楼盖结构支撑体系。以黑龙江中医药大学多层大跨体育馆楼盖支模工程为例,该工程采用钢柱-钢管支撑体系,不仅实现整体结构逐步卸荷的要求,还可提高施工效率,降低工程造价。对该体系的搭设构造、施工方法及技术措施进行了介绍。通过建立有限元模型,分析结构在加设钢立柱支撑后的受力状态。分析结果表明:钢柱-钢管支撑体系承载力高、安全稳定性强,能够满足设计规范要求。
With the application of super high and large-span floor structure, the design of the formwork support system should meet more strict demands. This paper introduced a steel column-tube support system for the formwork of the large-span and multi-layer gymnasium in Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine. The steel column-tube support system can not only unload step by step, but also promote productivity of labor and reduce engineering cost evidently. The performance of the support system of large-span floor structure were summarized and analyzed firstly. Then, this paper elaborated the design and construction means of the support system. Finite element model was established to analyze the bearing capability of the structure when the floor was set the steel column in the position of shear pole. The results show the support system has the features of high bearing capacity and security which can meet the requirements of the design code.
