摘要
对于冗余机构而言,传统的设计指标有时无法直接使用,给设计带来了一定困难。在传动角的基础上提出了一种描述冗余机构传力特性的新指标,从而解决了2RPR冗余机构传力特性的描述问题。然后,采用该指标对该机构进行了优化设计。该设计方法对冗余机构2RPR的设计有效并对一般冗余机构的设计具有一定的借鉴性。
The traditional design index isn＇t proper to be used directly to design the redundant mechanism in some situations, and so there are some difficulties to design. A new design index to deseript the force transmission characteristics of a redundant mechanism is proposed based on the transmission angle. Then a 2RPR redundant mecha- nism is optimal designed with the design index. It＇ s an efficient method and has a certain reference to design a redun- dant mechanism.
