摘要
以开放式的深度个案访谈分析方法为主,基于吉登斯结构化理论,从城市农民工自身能动性角度,分析我国二元社会保障制度与农民工群体保障行动之间的关系,尤其是农民工群体对固化的社会结构的应对方面;通过对个案访谈资料的分析发现:二元社会保障制度对建筑农民工的行动具有制约性,具体表现为禁止和强迫行动者行动两个方面。同时,城市农民工对资源、机会、规则的获得、运用和再创造等方面具有个体能动性的特征;因此,农民工的保障行动对自身和制度双方均产生了重大影响,使结构发生相应的改变。
Based on open style interview with individual subjects and Giddens＇ theory of structuration, and from the perspective of self- initiative of migrant workers, this paper analyzes the relationship between the social security system under dual social structure and the protection action of migrant workers ,with special focus on migrant workers＇ response to the solidified social structure. Through analyzing the interview materials of individual subject, the authors find that dual social structure imposes restrictions on the action of migrant construction workers, by way of prohibiting and forcing their actions. On the other hand, migrant workers in cities display individual initiative in obtaining, using and recreating resources, opportunities and rules. In this way, the protection action of migrant workers has a great influence on both themselves and the systems, which to a certain extent brings changes to the structure.
