摘要
目的探讨胃印戒细胞癌宫颈转移的临床特征,指导临床诊疗。方法回顾性分析6例胃印戒细胞癌宫颈转移病例的临床特征、病理改变、治疗情况。结果 6例中3例由术前宫颈活检明确诊断,3例术后结合病史、形态及组化确诊为胃印戒细胞癌宫颈转移,6例平均年龄49.8岁,平均生存期不到5个月。结论胃印戒细胞癌宫颈转移罕见,误诊率高,预后、疗效均差,早发现、早诊治才是临床及病理的工作方向。
Objective The purpose of this study is to analyze the clinicopathological features of patients with gastric metastatic signet-ring cell carcinoma in uterine cervix.Methods The clinical data of 6 cases of gastric metastatic signet-ring cell carcinoma in uterine cervix of this hospital were retrospectively collected and analyzed.Their pathological diagnosis was confirmed by H-E staining and immunohistochemical staining.Their clinical features and treatment were studied and relevant literatures had been reviewed.Results Three cases were diagnosed as gastric metastatic signet-ring cell carcinoma by cervical biopsy,and others were diagnosed postoperatively by history review of patients,pathological examination and immunohistochemical staining.The mean age of these six patients was 49.8 years old,and their mean survival time was less than five months.Conclusion Gastric metastatic signet-ring cell carcinoma in uterine cervix is rare and it has high rate of misdiagnosis.Their prognosis is poor and their therapeutic effect is bad.Clinicians and pathologists should early diagnose and treat them in order to improve their prognosis of gastric metastatic signet-ring cell carcinoma in uterine cervix.
