摘要
低碳经济发展的过程就是低碳产业调整优化的进程。湖南省低碳产业的投融资体系为以银行间接融资为主,主要投向第三产业,其次为第二产业。第三产业中以传统行业为主,其技术含量偏低;第二产业中以碳排放较高的加工制造业为主。这与湖南的经济发展现状及产业调整方向存在差异。要进一步加强融资主体多元化建设、加大对附加值高的产业融资,使投融资更好的促进湖南省经济的发展,促使产业结构低碳化。
The process of the low-carbon economy development is the same process of Low-carbon industry adjustment and optimization. The subject of investment and financing system in Hunan Province is bank loan, and the subject of direction of bank loan is the tertiary industry, secondly is the secondary industry. The traditional industry is the tertiary industry, which means low technical content. The processing manufacturing industry is the secondary industry, which goes with high carbon emission. These industries do not accord with the target of Hunan Province＇s development. Hunan should construct the investment and financing system, widen financing channel, and impel the development of low-carbon economy and low-carbon industry.
