摘要
以南水北调中线一期工程石门河渠道倒虹吸进口渐变段砂卵石地基处理为例,介绍了注浆加固砂卵石地层的袖阀管注浆法。该方法适用于砂卵石等松散地层的注浆,在被加固的地层中进行了多点、定量、均衡的注浆,注浆体在地层中均匀分布,均匀连接,大大提高了被加固地层的防渗能力和整体稳定性。通过该工程的应用,证明了袖阀管灌浆对砂卵石基础的防渗处理能够满足设计要求,且其施工工期短、施工工艺简单、应用效果好。
Taking example of sand and gravel foundation treatment in transition zone of inverted siphon inlet of Shimenhe Channel in the first stage project of middle line of South-north water diversion project,mini injection pipe method in consolidation of sand and gravel formation is described.This method fits to loose stratum grouting,such as sand and gravel.Multiple points,fix quantify and uniform grouting will be carried out in consolidated stratum,grouting mass is well-distributed and well-connected in stratum,therefore,seepage control and overall stability of consolidated stratum are significantly improved.Application of this method in this project proves that mini injection pipe method meets the design requirements of seepage control treatment in sand and gravel foundation,resulting in short construction period,simple construction technique and good application results.
