摘要
介绍了无级余隙可调节系统在活塞压缩机上的应用,结果表明,该系统具有调节气量稳定性好,参数设置灵活,投资及维护费用低,节能效果好,系统可靠的特点,适合需要气量在60%～100%范围变化的活塞压缩机上应用。
This paper has introduced the application of stepless clearance adjustment system in piston compressor.The results shows that this system has features of good stability of adjusting gas flow, flexible parameter setting, lower investment and maintenance cost, good effect of energy-saving and reliable.It can be applied in the piston compressor with the gas flow vary in the range of 60% -100%.
