替米沙坦对老年原发性高血压患者血脂的影响 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨替米沙坦对老年原发性高血压患者血脂的影响。方法老年原发性高血压患者76例,给予替米沙坦40 mg/次,1次/d,疗程24周,观察治疗前后血压、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C的水平。结果治疗后患者收缩压、舒张压均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后患者LDL-C、TC、TG均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后患者HDL-C较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05)。结论替米沙坦可增高HDL-C水平,降低TC、TG、LDL-C水平,减少冠心病、脑卒中等心、脑血管疾病的发生,是治疗老年原发性高血压的有效药物。
