摘要
随着房地产行业的外部环境不断变化,企业很难再通过土地储备而坐享土地增值收益,同时在房地产企业内部也体现出运营管理上的不足。由此近几年行业内"向管理要效益",全面提升"运营增值"的呼声不断。根据行业运营管理现状,及实际工作经验,浅述一般房地产企业提高运营管理的实施重点。
With constant change of external envimmnent of the real estate indt,stiy, it is very difficult for an enterprise to enjoy land value-added income by land reserve, and deficiencies of operation management also appear in tile real estate enterprise. As a result, tile voice of ＂improve benefit by managenaent＂ for frill ＂operation value in- crease＂ is constantly heard. According to present situation of operation management of the industry, and actual work experience, the paper briefly describes key points for implementation of improving operation management of general real estate enterprises.
