摘要
目的:观察天麻钩藤饮加减用于治疗高血压肝阳上亢型患者的临床效果。方法:选取肝阳上亢型高血压患者68例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例,治疗组采用天麻钩藤饮汤剂,对照组服用牛黄降压片,观察两组治疗前后血压变化情况。结果:治疗组经中药治疗后,收缩压与舒张压明显下降,治疗总有效率(91.2%)明显高于对照组(70.5%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤饮治疗肝阳上亢型高血压效果显著,具有明显的降压作用,提高了患者的生活质量。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of the Tianma Gouteng decoction in treating hypertension. Methods： 68 cases were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group, 34 cases in each group, the treated group was given the Tianma Gouteng decoction, the control group was treated with Niuhuang Jiangya tablets, before and after treatment, blood pressure changes were observed. Results： The treated group after TCM treatment, systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly, and the total effective rate （91.2%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （70.5%）, the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion： Tianma Gouteng decoction was effective in treating hyperactivity of liver-yang type hypertension, improved the quality of life of patients.
