摘要
目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤治疗早期肋骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:156例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用单纯综合治疗,治疗组在综合治疗基础上加服血府逐瘀汤,然后比较两组临床疗效指标。结果:治疗组较对照组更能明显的缓解肋骨骨折早期的疼痛,改善患者的功能活动,降低血气胸的发生率,提高治愈率,降低康复时间和住院费用。结论:血府逐瘀汤对肋骨骨折早期的愈合有很好的促进和提高的临床效果,并能减少医疗费用,减轻患者的经济负担。
Objectives： To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of early rib fracture. Methods： 156 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group was subject merely to the comprehensive treatment, whereas treatment group was medicated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in addition to the comprehensive treatment. Two sets of clinical results were compared. Results： In comparison with control group, treatment group more significantly alleviated the pain of early rib fractures, improved the functional activities of patients, reduced the occurrence of hemopneumothorax, increased the cure rate, shortened the recovery time, and saved hospital costs. Conclusion： Xuefu Zhuyu decoction could exert remarkable clinical effects on the recovery of early rib fracture, meanwhile reduce medical costs, and relieve the economic burden of patients.
