摘要
陈独秀的教育思想、尤其是大学教育思想已有可喜的研究成果,但对他在蒙学教育思想方面的研究还没有深入,原因或许在于资料的匮乏,也或许在于他的蒙学教育思想体系不完整甚至还存在自相矛盾的地方。其实,陈独秀对蒙学的思考并不亚于对高等教育的思考,他在蒙学方面提出的某些观点对今天的义务教育改革具有很好的借鉴作用。
Gratifying achievements have been made on the study of CHEN Du-xiu＇ s education thoughts especially his thoughts on university education. However, the research on his thoughts of enlightenment education has not been conducted in depth partly due to the lack of research data or the incompleteness as well as self-contradiction existing in CHEN Du-xiu＇ s thoughts on enlight- enment education. In fact, CHEN Du-xiu＇ s thoughts on enlightenment education can compare favorably with his thoughts on uni- versity education. He put forward some viewpoints on enlightenment education which can be used as excellent references for the re- form of compulsory education nowadays.
