摘要 光纤通道——音频视频协议(Fibre Channel protocol for Audio-Video,简称FC-AV)是一个高速数字视频传输协议,以其低开销、高带宽、低延迟、高可靠性、远距离传输、无电磁干扰等特点被广泛应用于航电系统中数字视频的无损实时传输。航电系统中往往需要多种视频格式,每种视频格式都有不同的帧速率、分辨率、像素密度、帧/场格式,FC-AV协议为满足这种需求,定义了不同的视频格式在光纤通道上统一的映射标准。文中首先对FC-AV协议进行概述,在此基础上分析了FC-AV协议的应用背景及应用需求,给出了协议实现的体系结构以及关键技术,为FC-AV协议软硬件实现提出了有效的解决方案。 FC-AV stands for fibre channel protocol for andio-video that is a protocol for transporting high-spe.ed digital video. FC-AV is widely used in the real-time uncompressed digital video transmission in avionic s)stems because of its key benefits:low-overhead, high-bandwidth, low-latency, high-reliability, long-distance transmission, no electromagnetic interference. Avionic systems currently uti- lize many different video formats. Video formats differ in their frame rates, resolution, pixel density, field/frame mode. In order to meet these requirements,FC-AV defines a standard for video formats mapping to fibre channel. First provide an overview of FC-AV protocol, then analyze the application background and application requirement of FC-AV, finally give an architecture and key methods to imple- ment,bring forward an effective solution for the hardware/software co--design of FC-AV.
