摘要
为了解草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)对蛋白质、糖类、脂肪、混合无机盐及氨基酸的适宜需要量,采用正交表L9(34)设计试验饲料进行了2期饲喂试验,以增重率、特定生长率和饲料转换率3项生物学指标为依据进行综合分析。结果表明:在受试条件下,各营养素的适宜需要量(g/100g)为:蛋白质35、糖类40、脂肪1~3、混合无机盐8、纤维素13~16:各营养素影响草鱼生长的主次顺序为蛋白质〉混合无机盐〉糖类和脂肪。草鱼种对必需氨基酸的适宜需要量(g/lOOg)分别为:苏氨酸1.11、缬氨酸1.39、蛋氨酸0.86、异亮氨酸lI15、亮氨酸2.00、苯丙氨酸1.53、赖氨酸2.14、组氨酸0.59、精氨酸1.88。
In order to find out the suitable requirements of grass carp {Ctenopharyngodon idellus) fingerlings for protein carbohydrates lipid and amino acids,two periods of breeding test designed by orthogonal table were conducted.The results were analyzed synthetically on the basis of the three biological quota of weight gain,growth rate per day and feed change rate.The results showed that:on the conditions of the test the suitable requirements of nutrition were 35g/100g for protein, 40g/100g for carbohydrate,l~3g/100g for lipid,8g/100g for mixed inorganic salts and 13~16 g/100g for cellulose.The sequence of influence on the growth of grass carp were protein,mixed inorganic salts,carbohydrate,lipids.The suitable requirements of grass carp fingerlings for indispensable amino acids were established that threonine 1.11g/100g,valine 1.39g/100g,methinine 0.86g/100g,isoleucine 1.15g/100g,leucine 2.00g/100g,phenylalanine 1.53g/100g,lysine 1.14g/100g,histidine 0.59g/100g and arginine 1.88g/100g.
