摘要
农村文化建设是全面建设小康社会的内在要求,是树立和落实科学发展观、构建社会和谐的重要内容。以山西省沁源、平遥和沁水3个县的27个村共360个农户为调查对象,对山西农村居民的文化生活现状进行了分析。结果表明目前山西农村居民主要的文化活动有过节、赶集、喜事等传统文化活动,打麻将、打扑克、看电视等自我娱乐文化活动,还有极少数村民自编自演的文化节目活动;农村文化活动呈现着缺乏带头能人、乡政府和村委较少组织文化活动、剪纸等技能性的文化逐渐衰落等现象。同时,经济收入水平、组织、基础设施和村庄人口数量对农村文化活动有较大的影响;农村文化建设需要从增加资金投入、加强组织、举办节目比赛和培养农村文化能人等方面采取措施。
The rural cultural construction is the key to building a well--off society and implementing the scientific devel- opment concept to construct social harmony. Taking 360 farmers in 27 villages of Qinyuan, Pingyao and Qinshui as sub- jects, the author investigated the status quo of rural residents＇cultural life and found that the main activities are of tradi- tion such as festivals, fairs and weddings, of self--entertainment as playing mahjong and cards, and watching TV, etc. , and of self-- compiled and self--performed. However, there are some problems such as lack of leaders, less organized by the township government and village committee, declined technique as paper--cutting. Meanwhile, income, organization, basic fascilitis and population have great effect on rural cultural activities. Rural cultural construction needs increasing capital investment, strengthening the organization, organizing programm competitions and training leaders.
