摘要
目的探讨原发性小肠淋巴瘤X线特点及鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析15例原发性小肠淋巴瘤的临床资料及消化道钡餐造影检查表现。结果 5例为多发病灶,10例为单发。共25处病灶,十二指肠2处,空肠8处,回肠15处病灶。其中呈肠管环形狭窄7处,呈多发结节或肿块状充盈缺损8处,呈管腔不规则扩大4处,呈肠管轮廓内不规则龛影6处。结论熟悉原发性小肠淋巴瘤消化道钡餐造影检查表现特点,可提高对其的诊断及鉴别诊断能力,但确诊则尚需组织病理学检查。
Objective To investigate the x-ray characteristics and differential diagnosis of primary small intestinal lymphoma.Methods The clinical data of 15 cases of primary small intestine lymphoma,including the manifestation of gastrointestinal barium meal examination,were retrospectively analyzed.Results Five cases showed multiple lesions,and 10 cases showed single lesion.A total of 25 lesions were found,including 2 in duodenum,8 in jejunum,and 15 in ileum.Seven of the lesions were circular narrow of the intestine,8 lesions were filling defects of multiple nodular or mass-like,4 were the intestine irregular expanding,and 6 were irregular niches in the Intestinal profile.Conclusion Full understanding of manifestation of gastrointestinal barium meal examination can help improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of primary small intestine lymphoma.But further confirmation of the disease needs histopathological examination.
