彩色多普勒超声诊断睾丸扭转的价值 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在睾丸扭转诊断中的应用价值。方法收集2008年1月至2011年6月就诊我院的45例急性阴囊疼痛并肿大或肿块的患者,分析其二维声像图及彩色多普勒表现,并与手术结果对照。结果 45例患者经超声诊断睾丸扭转35例,睾丸附件肿块或结节10例。经手术证实睾丸扭转36例,睾丸附件扭转2例,睾丸、附睾炎6例,1例睾丸扭转误诊为睾丸附件扭转。结论彩色多普勒超声能较准确的诊断睾丸扭转及判断睾丸扭转的程度及病情发展,是睾丸扭转首选的检查方法。
