摘要
分析了台湾花莲地区本世纪以来 7级以上地震的可公度性 ,并指出1 999年 9月 2 1日地震发生的必然性 ,同时也分析了这次地震时的天体位置及引潮力特征。
In this paper the commensurability is analysed when the earthquakes above magnitude 7.0 occurred the Hualian area in Taiwan within 20th century and it indicates the certainty of the earthquake which happened on September 21,1999 in the Hualian area.The charaeteristics of positions and tide raising forces of celestial objects are also analysed in the paper
