微波法制备强酸性Y-MCM-41复合分子筛 被引量:3

Synthesis of Strong Acid Composite Molecular Sieve Y-MCM-41 By Microwave Method

摘要 以高岭土和一定的硅源为原料,用微波法合成复合分子筛Y-MCM-41。采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、比表面积及孔隙度分析仪和NH3-TPD等仪器对合成的Y-MCM-41复合分子筛进行了一系列的结构和性能表征。结果表明,Y-MCM-41分子筛含有介孔和微孔双重孔结构,其比表面积为791.14 m2/g,平均孔径为2.46 nm,是具有强酸性的大比表面积复合分子筛。 A composite molecular sieve was synthesized by microwave method using kaolin as the raw material and adding certain silicon sources. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform-infrared (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and N2 physical adsorption, respectively. The results show that the synthesized sample has mesoporous and microporous structure. The Surfhce areas is 791.14 m^2/g, the average pore size is 2.46 nm and it is a strong acid composite molecular.
