摘要
以钛酸异丙酯为前驱体,采用水热合成法制备了TiO2/氮掺杂碳纳米管复合材料。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)等对样品进行了详细的表征,并以罗丹明B作为模型污染物,研究了TiO2/氮掺杂碳纳米管复合材料作为光催化剂在紫外光照射下的光催化能力,结果表明TiO2/氮掺杂碳纳米管复合材料对环境污染物具有良好的降解能力。
TiO2/Nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes nanocomposites were prepared through the hydrothermal method using titanium isopropoxide as precursors. The as-obtained TiO2/CNx composites were characterized using X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The photocatalytic performance of the composite was evaluated using rhodamine B as a model pollutant under ultraviolet light illumination (λ = 300 nm). The results showed TiO2/CNx composites have good degradation ability to environmental pollutants.
