航空发动机整机测振中的基本问题分析 被引量:23

摘要 针对航空发动机整机测振各环节中的关键问题,对传感器位置信号正交变换、特征参数选择、限制值选定等问题进行分析。提出了可实现2支不垂直安装的传感器所测振动信号的正交化转换的算法,并利用转子试验器验证了算法的实用性;提出了发动机振动特征参数选择算法,并针对算法工程实用性进行了分析;研究了特征参数限制值的统计方法,采用"概率相等法"进行了实例说明。经分析和验证表明:所提出的算法正确,结果可靠,具有明确的物理意义,能够直接应用于发动机整机振动分析。 Aiming at the critical issues of aeroengine vibration measurement, the sensor signal orthogonal transformation, the characteristic parameters choice and the reference limitchoice were analyzed. The algorithm that realized the orthogonal transformation of the vibration signals from the sensor out of vertical was presented, and the practice of the orthogonal was proved through the rotor device. The algorithm of choosing aeroengine vibration parameters was put forward. The engineering practice of algorithm was analyzed. The characteristic parameters limit statistical method was studied and the equal probability method was put forward. The results show that the algorithm with accuracy, reliability and definite physical meaning can be applied directly to the vibration analysis of aeroengine.
