运用三因子二次回归正交设计方案,进行了Zn—MnO_2同时电解的研究,并得到了两极电流效率与温度、电流密度以及电解液浓度之间相互关系的数学模型。通过讨论,确定了Zn-MnO_2同时电解较适宜的工艺条件。
The writers made a test of the simultaneous electrowinning of cathodic zinc metal and anodic manganese dioxide, according to a scheme of three factor quadratic regresive cross design. Two mathematical models are obtained, representing the relations between the cathodic and anodic current efficiency and temperature, current density, electrolyte initial concentration. Through discussing of the result of the test, the comparatively suitable technological parameters of simultaneous electrowinning of zinc and manganese dioxide have been determined.
