离子交换树脂法纯化甘油

Purification of glycerol from biodiesel production by ion-exchanger

摘要 通过对流速、甘油/水体积比对D201强碱性树脂和732强酸性树脂脱除甘油中色素、盐等杂质影响的研究,并分别测定了D201和732树脂对杂质和盐的吸附容量。结果表明,在进料流速为2.17 mL/min、水/粗甘油=1(体积比)时,硫酸根离子在D201强碱性交换树脂上的吸附量最大;在进料速度为2.5 mL/min时,钾等金属离子在732强酸性交换树脂上的吸附量最大;经过酸化破乳、D201强碱性树脂和732强酸性交换树脂脱盐脱杂、活性炭脱色后,得到纯度为99.5%的甘油产品,甘油收率为85%,效果理想。 The adsorbing performances of ion-exchanger resin D201 and 732 for salts and pigments from crude glycerol were studied. Flow-rate and volume ratio of crude glycerol to water had significant effects on the adsorbing performance. D201 had better adsorbing ability for sulfate ion at 2.17 ml/min,equal volume of water to glycerol. Resin 732 had higher adsorbing ability for K+ at 2.5 ml/min. 85% Glycerol with purity of 99.5% could be obtained from co-product of biodiesel by acidification and ion-exchange.
