早期肢体功能训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体康复的效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨早期肢体功能训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能康复的影响。方法:将60例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组均予常规药物治疗,待患者生命体征平稳后,观察组即行早期规范化肢体功能训练。结果:观察组经系统的肢体功能康复训练,患者瘫痪肢体功能恢复显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:早期康复训练可显著提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的肢体功能恢复,对改善患者的生活质量有重大意义。
