摘要
集聚是文化创意产业起步阶段的普遍发展模式，也是一个多维度动态演进的过程，基于对文化创意产业是一种创新发展模式的理论认识和实践发展，可概括总结出文化创意产业集聚区的3．0演进模型。上海城市在实现“创新驱动，转型发展”的大背景下，上海文化创意产业集聚区沿着1．0产业型—2．0经济型—3．0社会型的演进路径，推动上海文化创意产业集聚区的能级提升和政策体系的创新。
Cluster, a dynamic evolutionary process, is the general development mode for the initial stage of creative industries. Sustainable development of creative industries cluster is to create conditions for realization of the ecological environment of ＂spatial form, industrial format, policy support＂. Based on the analysis of a typical case of the development of the Shanghai Creative Industries Cluster, we summa- rize and outline the evolution trend of the basic characteristics and dynamics of the development of Shang- hai Creative Industries, focusing on the strategic thinking and development path on the upgrade of indus- trial level and policy innovation of Shanghai Creative industries cluster in the background of ＂innovation - driven, transformation of development＂
