摘要
目前,丽水市电光源产业人才不足成了电光源产业转型升级的瓶颈。通过对丽水市相关企业的产业人才状况、国内开设相关专业的高校进行调查和研究,我们认为在电光源产业人才队伍建设上,丽水市政府、地方高校和相关企业要相互合作、相互支持,在人才引进、人才培养、人才使用三个方面发挥各自优势,形成资源共享、信息互通的良好机制,切实解决好人才队伍建设中出现的各种问题。
At present, the talents shortage has been an obstacle for the development of Lishui electro-optic industry. Based on the investigation and study on the current situation of Lishui electro-optic enterpries and the universities which have relative majors, the thesis puts forward that the problem of talents shortage in Lishui electro-optic industry can be solved by the cooperation of Lishui local government, local universities and relative enterplqses respectively on the talents' introduction, education and application. Thus, the system of resources sharing and information communication will be formed, which can help solve various problems in personnel building of Lishui electro-optic industry.
