双腔导尿管联合胸腔引流管在胸腔闭式引流术治疗高龄自发性气胸中的应用 被引量：8

摘要 目的观察双腔导尿管联合胸腔引流管在胸腔闭式引流术治疗高龄自发性气胸中的应用效果。方法 398例自发性气胸患者,年龄70～86岁,平均76.5岁。采用16号双腔导尿管和胸腔引流管相结合的方法行胸腔闭式引流,利用双腔导尿管的调节作用,使胸腔引流管的侧孔在胸腔内保持最适宜的2～3 cm的长度。结果本组患者自发性气胸均治愈,发生并发症34例(切口渗液18例,引流不畅6例,心功能衰竭4例,切口感染3例,引流管脱出1例,血胸1例,脓胸1例)。结论双腔导尿管联合胸腔引流管在胸腔闭式引流术治疗高龄自发性气胸中的应用效果满意。
