摘要
清洁能源技术国际转移是全球环境治理的关键内容。本文对中国风电制造产业国际技术转移的内在机制和规律进行了梳理和总结,并对其存在的问题进行深入分析,最后提出完善我国风电制造产业国际技术转移的对策和建议。
Clean energy technology transfer is one of the most critical issues in global environmental governance. This paper summarizes the mechanism and characteristics of the technology transfer in Chinese wind power manufacturing industry, and then further analyzes the challenges in the wind power manufacturing technology transfer. Finally, this paper puts forward some advices to improve the tech- nology transfer in Chinese wind power industry.
