摘要
产权制度改革是医院适应社会主义市场经济的重大举措之一。文章通过对医院单一产权制度弊端的分析来说明进行改革的必要性和迫切性,并粗略地提出了试行医院模拟股份合作制的产权制度改革的办法。
Hospitals'adaption to socialist market economy is effectively facilitated through hospital ownership reform policy and measures: a hospital may he public, or of a joint ownership, or of mixed ownership with varied economic sectors infiltrating into each other; solely state -funded hospital is still animportant form of socialist public ownership derived from the need to maintain general health service stability; joint - stock partnership is a new - type collective economic system, under which all employees become shareholders, capital cooperation combines with work cooperation, democratic management is practiced to ensure equal rights and interests among employees; there are also joint - stock system, social fund ownership, entrusted management system, among other ownership and management systems.
