摘要
目的 研究兔未成熟心肌的成熟时限及其特性。方法 分别以 1、3、5、7、1 6、2 4周龄正常兔心肌为对象 ,每组 1 0只 ,从形态结构、钙代谢、能量代谢、氧自由基代谢、内分泌功能及其基因表达等方面进行研究。结果 正常兔未成熟心肌结构、功能有其特点 ,随周龄增长主要变化多发生在 3～ 7周龄 ,至 7周龄时绝大多数研究指标趋于成熟 ,各指标成熟时间先后不一 ,心肌基本成熟时间早于性成熟期。结论 正常未成熟心肌结构、功能约在 7周龄左右基本接近成熟 。
Objective To study mature demarcation of immature myocardium and its characteristics.Methods The myocardium in 6 groups of normal rabbits with different ages of 1,3,5,7,16 or 24 weeks (n=10 rabbits in each group) were studied in morphoultrastructure,calcium metabolism,energy metabolism,oxygen free radical metabolism,endocrine function and gene expression.Results The immature myocardium of the rabbits has its own structural,functional characteristics.As age was increased,most changes occurred at 3 to 7 weeks,and nearly tended to mature levels at about 7 weeks old.The mature demarcation of each index was inconsistent.The essential mature time of myocardium was earlier than viripotent period.Conclusion The structure and function of immature rabbit myocardium have their own characteristics and nearly tended to the mature levels at about 7 weeks old,which was earlier than viripotent period.
