摘要
目的 探讨应用CT和彩色多普勒检查预测肝癌手术切除安全性的价值。方法 对 30例肝癌病人进行肝切除术前与术后肝功能、CT和彩色多普勒检查研究。结果 Child肝功能分级、CT检查、彩色多普勒检查预测肝癌手术切除安全性的符合率分别为 50 .0 % (P <0 .0 5)、73.3% (P <0 .0 0 1 )、80 .0 % (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,CT和彩色多普勒检查相结合的符合率为 83.3% (P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论 CT和彩色多普勒检查相结合 。
Objective\ To explore the values of child's hepatic function gradation, CT and color Doppler in predicting the safety of hepatectomy for hepatic carcinoma. Methods\ Both preoperative and postoperative data of hepatic function, CT and color Doppler examination in 30 patients with hepatic carcinoma were analyzed. Results\ Effective rate of child's hepatic function gradation, CT and color Doppler in predicting the safety of hepatectomy for hepatic carcinoma were 50.0% ( P <0.05), 73.3% ( P <0.001) and 80.0% ( P <0.001) respectively. Conclusion\ CT combined with color Doppler is more effective in predicting the safety of hepatectomy for hepatic carcinoma.\;
