摘要
目的探讨丹红注射液配合颈部局部理疗治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果。方法回顾2010年1月～2011年1月在我科就诊的椎动脉型颈椎病患者60例经丹红注射液配合颈部局部理疗的治疗过程。结果治疗后丹红注射液组的症状缓解时间较短,治疗后复查TCD示椎基底动脉情况改善病例较多,治疗效果明显较单纯理疗的好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而X线动力位的改变两组患者差异无统计学意义。结论丹红注射液治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效明显,症状缓解快,配合颈肩部理疗后总治愈率明显提高,中药药理明显、副作用少,易被患者接受,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To evaluate the effects of clinical treatment of Danhong injection to the patients with vertebral artery cervical spondylosis. Methods All of 60 patients with vertebral artery cervical spondylosis were reviewed. These patients were treated with both Danhong injection and physical therapy. Results The Vertebral artery of patients treatment with Danhong injection were improved obviously. Conclusion The symptom and pain of the patients with vertebral artery cervi- cal spondylosis were remission very quickly using Danhong injection.
