摘要
目的观察三维适形放疗同期化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的近期疗效。方法将我科2009年1月～2010年1月行三维适形放疗同期化疗的30例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者设立为观察组,另选择同期行常规放射治疗同期化疗治疗的30例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者设立为对照组,比较两组的临床疗效及并发症。结果观察组的有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三维适形放疗同期化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌近期疗效优于常规放射治疗同期化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的疗效,副反应少,值得广泛推广和应用。
Objective To observe the short-term effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy with concurrent chemotherapy for locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods From January 2009 to January 2010, dimensional conformal radiotherapy concurrent chemotherapy in 30 patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients, established the observation group, and selected the same time conventional radiation therapy with concurrent chemotherapy for 30 patients with locally advanced patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma established as the control group,the clinical treatment efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group had significantly higher efficiency,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radio- therapy with concurrent chemotherapy for locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma curative effect is superior to conven- tional radiation therapy with concurrent chemotherapy for locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma, side effects are lower than control group, it is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
