摘要
Ghrelin是1999年新发现的活性肽,在体内分布广泛,功能多样,在摄食调控方面有重要的作用。关于Ghrelin中枢摄食功能的研究多集中于前脑,而在其中枢下行调控中的作用和机制的研究相对较为缓慢。下丘脑外侧区-迷走神经背侧复合体是一条重要的中枢下行调控的通路。本文较为系统的综述了Ghrelin在这一下行调控通路上作用的研究,以求为解开中枢Ghrelin下行调控的机制提供一定的思路。
Ghrelin, a new peptide discovered in 1999, have a widely distributions and functions in the body. Especially it has an important orexigenic role in food intake. Most of researches on ghrelin＇s function focus on the forebrain, while the research about its role and mechanism on downstream regulation progress slowly. As we known, one important pathway of downstream regulation is lateral hypothalamus area（LHA） - dorsal vagal complex（DVC） circuit. This article summarized the researches about the roles of ghrelin on this circuit in order to find out some new mechanism on downstream regulation of ghrelin.
