摘要
目的了解近年高校学生甲状腺肿患病率及流行特征,为甲状腺疾病防控工作提供依据,探讨大学生甲状腺疾病防控策略。方法在学生体检时用触诊法常规检查甲状腺,对可疑者进行甲状腺超声检查及甲状腺功能测定,确诊病例进行问卷调查。连续观察4个年级学生甲状腺肿患病情况,比较2008级学生入学时与毕业时甲状腺肿患病率。结果大学生甲状腺肿患病率逐年上升;随年龄增长患病率升高(P<0.05);女性患病率是男性的12.6倍,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);弥漫性甲状腺肿伴功能亢进症多见,其次为甲状腺腺瘤。结论大学生甲状腺肿患病率逐年上升,随年龄增长患病率升高,女性患病率明显高于男性。应引起重视,及早开展甲状腺疾病防控工作。
Objective To research the morbidity and prevalent characteristics of endemic goiter among college students in recent years with an aim to provide references to the work of prevention and control of this disease, exploring the strategies in the prevention and control of endemic goiter. Method Palpation was used when students were taking yearly physical ex- amination. Thyroid ultrasound and thyroid function tests were employed for suspects selected by palpation. The confirmed students were asked to do a questionnaire. Observation of the conditions was made of all students in four grades who had been suffering from goiter. Comparison was made between the morbidity of students of Grade 2008 at the stage of enroll- ment and the morbidity of these students at the stage of graduation. Results The morbidity showed an annual increase; and it kept rising along with the increase of the age of college students （P 〈 0.05）; the morbidity among the female was 12.6 times as high as that among the male, which was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）; the most prevalent case was diffusive hyperthyroidism with the thyroid adenoma the second. Conclusions The morbidity shows an annual increase and it keeps rising along with the increase of the age of college students. Thus, great attention should be attached to the prevention and control efforts should be made as soon as possible.
