摘要
99例瘢痕疙瘩患者 ,均先行瘢痕疙瘩皮损手术切除 ,再给予铱 192敷贴治疗 ,敷贴于 2 4小时内开始进行 ,每周 2次 ,共 3次 ,参考点剂量为 12GY。结果治愈 74例 ,占74 7%。 15例局部复发 ,10例完全复发。所有病例无伤口感染。
