摘要
目的 :研究综合治疗对鼻咽癌预后以及 92分期各期生存曲线的影响。材料与方法 :35 8例接受综合治疗、随访 5年的病例资料 ,纳入分析 ,内容包括各期的例数分布、5年生存率、复发率、转移率等。结果 :III期和Ⅳ期的 5年生存率有较大的提高 ,分别达到 11和 18个百分点 ,但各期生存曲线的分布仍能均匀分开 ,部分T分期和N分期的生存曲线受到一定的影响。结论 :综合治疗提高了疗效 ,但对 92分期影响不大 ,仍能较好地预测预后。
Objectives:To investigate the prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and survival curves of 92 staging after combination therapies Materials and methods:Data from 358 patients treated with combination therapies and followed up 5 years were analyzed with variables of 5 year survival rate, recurrence and metastasis rate Results:The 5 year survival rates of stage III and IV rose 11 and 18 percent respectively, but the survival curves of stage I to IV were separated evenly A mild influence appeared on some survival curves with T and N stage Conclusion:Combination therapies improve effectiveness with lightly influence on 92 staging, which could still forecast prognosis properly
