摘要
通过对D市新生代农民工发展状况的实证研究,发现如何实现新生代农民工有主体性的"市民化"是他们面临的主要困境,并认为"市民化"的重点是在日常生活的互动场域中,同时社会工作的赋权将对其发挥重要作用;并进一步提出以社区为本的社会工作的介入模式是解决农民工主体性"市民化"的可行路径。
This essay is based on the survival conditions of new generation migrant workers by empirical research in D city,it find that the main difficulty of the new generation migrant workers is how to realize their ＂urbanization＂ with subjectivity;meanwhile,it realized that this kind of ＂urbanization＂ should be happened in the filed of daily life;furthermore,we put forward that the community-based social work mode is the possible path of resolving the migrant workers＇ ＂urbanization＂ with subjectivity.
