摘要
目的 确认妊娠期母体血液生化指标的生理变化 ,做好孕期保健工作 ,保证胎儿正常的体格发育和智力发育。方法 采用OLYMPUSAU6 0 0型全自动生化分析仪 ,对 316例不同孕期的妊娠妇女及 86例正常对照非孕妇女进行 2 0项生化指标分析。结果 碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)、总蛋白 (TP)、白蛋白 (ALB)、胆固醇 (CHO)、甘油三脂 (TRIG)、尿素氮 (BUN)、肌酐 (CRE)、血糖 (GLU)、钙 (Ca)、铁 (Fe)与正常对照组对比均有显著差异 ,其它生化指标虽在不同孕期有不同程度的改变 ,但未超出正常值范围。结论 妊娠期间上述有显著差异的生化指标应以妊娠期值为参考值 。
Objective To confirm the physiological changes of biochemical indexes in different gestational period in order to make healthy protection for pregnancy women and ensure the fetal physical and intellectual development normally.Methods Select 316 pregnant women in different gestational period and 86 normal non-pregnancy women respectively. Using Olympus AV 600 automatic biochemical analyser, we determined 20 biochemical indexes.Results The data of ALP,TP,ALB,CHO,TG,BUN,CRE,GLU,Ca and Fe in pregnant women group showed significant difference compared with those in normal group; other biochemical data were in normal range, despite some variety in different gestational period. Conclusion The biochemical indexes that have significantly changed in gestational period should employ the gestational value as standard reference when determined ,other indexes can still employ the normal reference.
