摘要
总结了 57例冠状动脉架桥手术治疗的体会。术前均经冠状动脉造影检查证实 ,采用自体大隐静脉和 (或 )左乳内动脉作移植血管。结果 :死亡 2例 (3.5% ) ,术后随访 3～ 5年 ,心绞痛消失率为 91 .2 %。心功能改善至 级 53例 , 级 2例。表明冠状动脉旁路移植术能有效地改善心肌缺血 ,对解除心绞痛 。
We summarized 57 cases of cornary artery bypass graft.The nanow area of coronary artery was demonstrated by coronary angiography preoperatively.Saphenous vein graft and left internal mammary artery were used for graft.Two cases died and the total mortality was 3.5%. Angina disappeared in 91.2%.Heart function was improved in whole group.Coronary artery bypass graft is safe and effective for coronary heart disease.
