摘要
目的 探讨一氧化氮 (NO)、一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)在脊髓型颈椎病和腰椎间盘突出症中的作用。方法 测定 48例脊髓型颈椎病患者 ,62例腰椎间盘突出症患者和 45例健康体检者血清中 NO、NOS。结果 显示脊髓型颈椎病和腰椎间盘突出症血清中 NOS和 NO含量与病程有明显相关 :病程在 1年之内 ,病例组血清中 NOS和 NO含量明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;病程在 1年至 3年之间病例组血清中 NOS和 NO含量与对照组无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5) ;病程在 3年以上 ,病例组血清中 NOS和 NO含量低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 NOS和
Objective To verify the changing regularity of nitric oxide NO and nitric Oxide synthase NOS in the intervertebral disc herniation.Methods 48 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy, 62 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and 45 controls. NO and NOS levels in plasma of cervical spondylotic myelopathy, lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients and controls were measured by spectrophotomery.Results NO and levels of plasma in patient with disease were much higher than those in normal controls when the disease course less than 1 years(P<0.01).When the duration of disease was between 1 year and 3 years, the NO and NOS levels plasma in patients had no diversity, compared with those in normal controls (P>0.05).However, when the duration of symptoms was more than 3 years, the NO and NOS levels of plasma in patients were lower than those in normal coutrols (P<0 01).Conclusion NO and NOS may play an important role in the interverbral disc herniation.
