摘要
无菌检查一般肉汤培养法的检菌周期为24h,而用快速检菌法只要5～7小时。细菌污染的快速检查法是将已污染菌液经增菌→离心→涂片→镜检,判断是否染菌。相同条件下,快速检菌法与普通肉汤培养法作对比实验,快速检查法检菌速度快且准确,可检出细菌最低浓度为370个/ml。
It normally takes about 24 hours for sterility test.Using quick sterility test,we can determine if the sample is contaminated by bacteria in 7 hours.The proless goes on as below.Increasing culture about 3 hours,then watch the contrifugal sedimal with Gram stain through microscrope.The minium concentration of bacteria sample which can be observed is about 370 becteria per milliliter.This method may benifit the fermentation plant.
