摘要
在对天然气集输处理过程中循环再生使用的乙二醇防冻剂进行质量检测过程中,以EBT指示EDTA络合滴定乙二醇防冻剂中钙含量终点时存在显色不准确问题。通过对几种指示剂的筛选实验,优选出EDTA络合滴定法测定乙二醇防冻剂中钙含量的适宜指示剂酸性铬蓝K和甲基红-酸性铬蓝K混合指示剂,滴定相对误差均<±0.1%。以F检验和t检验对分析结果的精密度和准确度进行统计检验,可满足定量分析要求。
In the quality inspection of Recycled use of ethylene glycol antifreeze in the gas gathering EBT indicates that the EDTA complexometric titration to the end of the calcium content of ethylene glycol antifreeze color is not accurate.Through the screening experiments of several indicators,preferably EDTA complexometric titration of calcium content in the ethylene glycol antifreeze suitable indicator of acid chrome blue K and mixed indicator of methyl red-acidic chrome blue K,titration of the relative error <± 0.1%.Precision and accuracy of the F test and t test results of the analysis,a statistical test can meet theneeds of quantitative analysis.
