摘要
在克拉玛依油田七东1区聚合物驱工业性试验中,针对抽油井杆管断脱严重的问题,在偏磨腐蚀机理分析的基础上,采取了抽油杆加重、抽油杆扶正、抽油杆接箍抗磨改造、油管抗磨抗腐内衬、抽油泵防卡等措施,取得了明显的效果。
In the Karamay Oilfield qiDong Block one,polymer flooding industrial test for pumping oil well in the light of serious problems of tube breaking off was conducted.On the basis of the analysis of the corrosion mechanism,the heavier sucker rod rod was stabilized,and measures such as pumpingrod coupling anti-wear,anti-wear corrosion lined tubing,and stuck preventing were taken which achieved remarkable results.
