摘要
目的 :探讨顽固性鼻出血的手术治疗疗效。方法 :根据鼻出血的部位及全身状况的不同 ,分别采用颈外动脉结扎术 ,颌内动脉结扎术、筛前动脉结扎术颌内动脉筛前动脉联合结扎术。结果 :15例患者行 16次手术后取得成功 ,术后随诊至今 ,未再发出血。结论 :手术治疗顽固性鼻出血成功率高 ,可避免长期前后鼻孔填塞引所引起的各种并发症 ,减轻病人的心理负担 。
Objective:To study the effect of operation treatment for patients with obstinate nosebleed.Methods:According to the site of nosebleed and general condition on the patient,ligation of blood vessels is adopted,that is carotis externa,maxillaris interna,ethmoiddlis anterior of maxillaris interna combined with ethmoidalis anterior.Results:15 cases undergone operaion for 16 times have been succeedded and followed up.By now no further bleeding has appeared yet.Conclusions:The success rate of operation treatment for patients with obstinate nosebleed has been approved high,this can prevent various complication from long term blocking in fromt and behind parts of nostril,this also lighten the psychological burden on the patient,so the technique is worth of populariced in the clinical practice.
