摘要
为观察肝硬化门静脉高压对胰岛细胞早期分泌的影响 ,了解其受损程度。选择肝硬化门脉高压患者 ,Child -pugh肝功分级为B级 2 0例。实验方法为静脉快速注射左旋精氨酸注射液 2 0ml,在注射前、注射后 2、4、6分钟分别采集静脉血样 ,放射免疫法测定胰岛素、C肽及胰升糖素的水平。结果显示正常人精氨酸兴奋后胰岛素、C肽和胰升糖素的分泌高峰均在 2～ 4分钟 ,门脉高压组其分泌高峰也在 2～ 4分钟 ,但其峰值升高倍数却明显低于正常对照 (P <0 0 5 )。
